Professional Indemnity Insurance

ANTA members are required to have a current Professional Indemnity Insurance policy of at least $2 million (plus minimum $10 million public liability) for ANTA membership AND to be registered as providers with health funds, as this covers your legal responsibilities to pay damages and legal expenses arising from personal injury to a third party (patient) or damage to their property.

Note: Professional Indemnity Insurance of $5 million is required by CMBA for Chinese Medicine Registration.
