About the Role: We’re seeking a motivated individual to support our front of house reception
team and contribute to our growing clinic. As a key player in our practice, you’ll be responsible
for:
• Welcoming Patients: meet and greet our valued patients with a warm and friendly
demeanour
• Payment Processing: handle payments transactions efficiently and accurately
• Stock Management: conduct a twice-weekly stocktake, ensure shelves are well-stocked,
products are available, and stock is rotated. Monitor product quantities and use-by dates
closely
• Dispensary Assistance: aid our Naturopathic and Nutritional practitioners in dispensing
herbal formulas and compounding
• Order Fulfillment: assemble and mail outpatient orders with attention to detail
• Administrative Tasks: basic computer skills with MS Office are essential; Mac
experience is a bonus

• Strong Communication Skills: your ability to interact effectively with patients and team
members is crucial
• Organisational Skills: efficiently manage tasks, multitask, and stay organised in a busy
environment
• Enthusiasm for Natural Health: a genuine interest in natural health treatments and
products is highly valued
• Positive Attitude: a friendly, team-oriented individual who thrives in a collaborative setting
• Experience & Flexibility: ideal for someone seeking a part-time role with a work/life
balance. Maturity and life experience would not be a disadvantage
• Training: will be provided for all aspects of the role
