Dr. Tzu-Ya (Esther) Huang is an AHPRA registered acupuncturist, Chinese herbalist and Doctor of Chinese medicine. She is also an accredited member of the Australian Natural Therapists Association. Esther holds a double degree in Chinese Medicine/ Human Biology with first class honours from RMIT University, completed summer internships in Taiwan and final year clinical internship at Nanjing.
She had additional training in Foundations of Constitutional Facial Acupuncture and TCM Approach to Cosmetic & Dermatological Problems. She also has a Certificate in Nutrition for Children and is a qualified chef in French Cuisine & Patisserie by Le Cordon Bleu. She is fluent in English, Mandarin Chinese and Taiwanese. An endearing, open-minded practitioner, Esther gains great satisfaction from helping her clients and is well versed in treating a range of health conditions including mental health, female health, paediatric conditions, fertility & pregnancy support, digestive issues, hayfever, headache, pain management and cosmetic acupuncture.
Her academic studies, clinical experience and passion about food and nutrition, have led to Esther’s special interest in integrating and incorporating diet and lifestyle advice with traditional Chinese medicine treatments.
