My name is Fin (Tiffany) Mackenzie, I am a Naturopath and student researcher at Southern Cross University. I am currently conducting a research study exploring how Naturopaths in Australia manage Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) in children and adolescents. This study seeks to address a significant gap in the literature, as there is currently no research examining Whole Systems Naturopathy for this demographic despite the increasing prevalence of ADHD and the growing use of complementary and alternative medicine (CAM).
The research involves an anonymous online survey designed to gather insights into naturopathic assessment and treatment approaches for young patients diagnosed with ADHD. The study has received ethical approval from [SCU HREC 2025/117], and all responses will be treated with strict confidentiality..
