Bio Concepts Clinical Education Consultant – Full Time, Brisbane-based (hybrid)
We are seeking an experienced clinician with a passion for research, education, and practitioner mentorship in the Complementary Medicine industry. Based in Brisbane, you’ll collaborate across teams from concept to commercialisation, shaping product education and creating impactful clinical training content. Your clinical expertise and presentation skills will help translate research into clinical insights, empowering practitioners and advancing the health professional community and industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide Expert Clinical Guidance
Leverage your clinical experience to deliver high-level clinical support and mentorship to our practitioner community and internal teams.
- Drive Evidence-Based Education
Research and critically appraise scientific literature to create accurate, impactful, and evidence-based educational resources—turning complex concepts and research into clinically relevant education.
- Deliver Exceptional Training
Design and present high-quality training sessions and educational programs (webinars and interviews) with confidence and clarity to demonstrate the clinical value of product-related ingredients.
- Collaborate Across Functions
Work closely with product development, marketing, and other teams to ensure seamless integration of clinical insights into business initiatives.
- Ensure Project Excellence
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to meet deadlines and deliver outstanding outcomes that uphold our commitment to quality and excellence.
Skills and experience
- A minimum of 5+ years clinical experience in complementary medicine or equivalent experience in a comparable clinical education role.
- Bachelor’s degree in nutrition, naturopathy or similar Complementary Medicine qualification.
- A proven ability to creatively develop and deliver practitioner training in various formats, including PowerPoint presentations, written articles and case studies, tutorials, and interviewing other practitioners and experts.
- An exceptional and detailed ability to research complex conditions and/or CAM solutions to provide guidance for clinical case work.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines, projects and priorities simultaneously and collaborate well in a multidisciplinary team.
