Bayleaf Wellness is an integrative medical & allied healthcare clinic based in Camberwell, Melbourne. Our objective is to grow our patient base and to take advantage of the growing demand from patients who seek complementary medicine for health and wellbeing. We utilise a range of functional testing tools to identify patient issues and have developed meaningful protocols / programs to address patient health issues and drive positive health outcomes. Bayleaf Wellness has an in-house dispensary with an extensive liquid herb range; custom compounding; and practitioner-only supplement range.
Bayleaf Wellness is experiencing an increase in new patient demand due to patients seeking complementary & natural medicine solutions. Driving this demand is our strong referral program; digital marketing strategy (which includes a new SEO enabled website, Google driven promotion and use of social media); and
alliances with other integrative medical practitioners. Working closely with the Director (a Naturopath and Homeopath with over 25 years’ experience) and the Business Manager, Bayleaf Wellness will proactively work with you to grow your patient base and help you achieve professional success.
You will be a fully qualified Naturopath with strong academic results and clinical experience looking to establish a strong practice. Looking to build a successful practice, not tinker with naturopathy ‘hobby style’ – you may have been practising online and have started to develop a patient base but want to grow your practice in a collegial environment OR you maybe dissatisfied with your arrangements in your current clinic. A small weekly retainer for 3 months whilst a patient base is established will be offered to the successful person. Recent graduates with strong academic record maybe considered.
