Treat fertility, pregnancy, menopause, women’s health, cosmetic acupuncture, and general health concerns (pain, gut, mood, hormones)
Choose 2–3 days per week, 35+ clients weekly
Use two treatment rooms to manage flow efficiently
Collaborate with our amazing team of practitioners and admin staff
Receive full support from our practice manager and senior clinicians
Are self-motivated, emotionally mature, and client-focused
Want long-term career stability
Enjoy working toward goals both individually and in a team
Are eager to build great relationships with clients and team members
Are comfortable creating treatment plans, writing notes in Cliniko, and recommending herbs or supplements
Are open to sharing your voice via social media, blogs, or networking events (with training and support in this provided)

With reception taking care of the majority of admin and bookings, your focus is on client care. Each patient has their sessions pre-booked for continuity, and every new client receives a clear treatment plan—building trust and setting a strong foundation. You’ll flow between two treatment rooms, supported by a steady stream of fertility, pregnancy, cosmetic, hormonal, and general health clients.
Behind the scenes, our strong relationships are the glue that holds everything together.
The Qi team laughs together, backs each other up, and brings a sense of fun to even the busiest days. You’ll share insights on interesting cases, lean into real-time support from management and senior clinicians, and know you’re never going it alone.
You’ll also have access to a wealth of clinical resources and in-house training to continually grow your confidence and skills. Slack keeps communication smooth and instant, helping the team stay in sync and responsive to both clients and each other.
