In this 2-Day, Hands-on Assisted Stretching Workshop you’ll learn how to add targeted stretches to your treatments or offer them as a stand-alone service. This workshop will help you develop a fundamental understanding of the physiology of stretching, flexibility and mobility training, and equip you with the knowledge for the safe application of assisted stretching exercises.
