We have two beautiful light-filled rooms to rent at our Woolloongabba clinic at Yin Wellness Brisbane, available from April 2024.
Room rate is $120 per day plus GST depending on room size, client parking arrangements and we may consider a discount period for well suited new tenants.
The core of our business is acupuncture with a focus on fertility, pregnancy, hormonal health and emotional well-being. We are looking for health practitioners to complement our services and who share the same passion for supporting this client group.
In particular, we would love to broaden the team with a massage therapist (and even better, someone with extensive pregnancy massage experience), a naturopath, nutritionist, psychologist or counsellor. We are also open to other therapies including kinesiology, hypnotherapy and other modalities looking to support the fertility and pregnancy journey. *
It’s essential to us that practitioners sharing our space hold the same values: excellence of care, inclusivity, compassion and community. We want you to love coming to your work space as much as we do.
Included in the room rental:
✔️Choice of one of two beautifully furnished, spacious, air-conditioned treatment rooms.
✔️Option of:
🛋Room 1 (3.3m x 3.3m) which is set up as a Consulting Room (lounge seating – 2 seater sofa + single arm chair, a desk, chair and pot plants;
Available (April 2024) : Tues, Wed, Fri (7am – 7pm) and Saturdays (8am – 3pm)
🛋Room 2 (3.3m x 2.4m) which is set up as a smaller Treatment Room with a treatment table for body and/or energy work practitioners and seating for client and practitioner.
Available (April 2024): Mon, Tues, Wed, and Thurs (8am – 7pm).
✔️All rooms have windows to allow lots of natural light in, however, also have blinds and curtains to block out if desired.
✔️Use of a large separate reception area. Seating is well spaced and we pride ourselves on the clinic always smelling amazing!
✔️Sanitiser provided in every room.
✔️On site bathroom facilities for practitioners and clients.
✔️Kitchen facilities for practitioners, including a vast selection of teas, coffee and filtered water facilities for practitioners and clients.
✔️Wifi and other bills (electricity, water etc).
✔️Advertising of your services within our practice and social media.
✔️Professional practitioner profile on our website.
✔️Acupuncture treatments discounted at 50%.
✔️Access to our clinic from 8am-7pm, Mon-Fri and Sat 8am to 4pm, depending on hire arrangement.
✔️Plenty of free on street/non metered parking. One private/free park for your clients could also be included in the rate.
✔️Current practitioners include psychology, counselling, massage, reiki, sound therapy and acupuncture.
Not included: expenses specific to your business such as insurances and registration, booking and payment systems, treatment table bedding.
